FabHR is looking for a Robotic Gasket Operator to join our manufacturing operations in Ottawa, Ontario. In this hands-on role, you'll operate and maintain robotic equipment used to apply gaskets to various products. You'll be part of a supportive team focused on efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate robotic gasket machines safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Inspect products for quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and machine start-up/shutdown procedures
  • Create, modify, and verify CNC (G-code) programs
  • Troubleshoot and rework defects; escalate to supervisors when necessary
  • Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
  • Maintain production records and communicate with supervisors
  • Support additional tasks within the facility as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing, automation, or robotic systems (preferred, not required)
  • Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with hand tools and measurement devices
  • Basic understanding of numerical control/CNC machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items
  • Willing to work flexible shifts if needed
