Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Accounting Coordinator – in Kingston, ON. The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, performing journal entries, and generating financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include data input, analyzing financial data, verifying the accuracy of journal entries, and various accounting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and performing Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Accounting an asset
  • Experience in Financial Reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with Lone Wolf software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a real estate or brokerage environment is beneficial
