We are seeking a friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant to join our entertainment team. This position involves engaging with guests, maintaining a fun and safe environment, and ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors of all ages. The Arcade Attendant plays a vital role in providing excellent guest services, managing arcade operations, and supporting overall event activities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and activities
• Monitor game areas to ensure safety and proper operation of equipment
• Handle cash transactions accurately for game cards or merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of arcade spaces and surrounding areas
• Explain game rules and promote special events or promotions to enhance guest engagement
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Support event setup and breakdown during special occasions or parties
• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure adherence to facility policies

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities for group interactions or announcements
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is advantageous
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Energetic, reliable, and able to work effectively in a lively environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$21.85 per hour
