Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pool and Spa Sales Associate located in Chilliwack, BC. The Pool and Spa Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing in-depth knowledge about hot tubs, swim spas, and accessories, managing inventory,
 Forklift experience as well as pool/spa and plumbing knowledge would be a great asset. The job can be physical at times, so being able to lift 50lbs or more is important. We are looking for someone who can work full time 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Mondays. Must have a valid driver's license. Training will be provided where needed, so a strong desire to learn and grow is essential. Wage will be determined based on experience. Resumes can be dropped off during working hours in person. Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service and relationship building
  • Sales abilities, including an understanding of product features and the ability to meet sales goals
  • Organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining store presentation
  • Interest or experience in the pool and spa industry, with a willingness to learn technical product details
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to customers' needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of pool and spa maintenance, parts, or chemicals is an advantage
