Description:
Vous ferez partie du département Performance et Analytique, chargé de mener des analyses et des investigations sur tous les aspects des turbines à gaz et des équipements de la centrale opérant sur les sites des clients. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de faire preuve de créativité, de contribuer à résoudre des problèmes opérationnels des clients, et de collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de support technique et du centre de diagnostic à distance de l'entreprise.
Vous serez impliqué dans les plus hauts niveaux de dépannage et d'enquêtes sur les défaillances, en jouant un rôle actif dans le soutien aux clients existants, ainsi qu'en proposant des solutions pour réduire l'impact environnemental de nos produits via des changements de cycles ou l'utilisation de carburants alternatifs. Pour cela, vous travaillerez en équipes pluridisciplinaires en utilisant des outils commerciaux et propriétaires afin d'analyser les données opérationnelles tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.
Responsabilités:
- Vous enquêterez sur des problèmes spécifiques rencontrés par les clients et fournirez des recommandations, que ce soit en réaction à des problèmes ou de manière proactive afin d'optimiser le fonctionnement des équipements.
- Vous réaliserez des analyses de données opérationnelles durant tout le cycle de vie des équipements et proposerez vos recommandations aux chefs de projet, chefs de produit, équipes de support opérationnel, support technique et diagnostic à distance.
- Vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre des améliorations d'outils, de méthodes et de processus, permettant une analyse automatisée et une détection précoce des changements de performance, ainsi qu'une meilleure identification des causes profondes.
- Vous participerez aux enquêtes sur les causes fondamentales des défaillances.
- Vous représenterez l'expertise performance et analytique et formulerez des recommandations aux chefs de projet, chefs de produit, aux équipes de support technique et à la communauté d'ingénierie.
Qualifications:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelor ou master en génie aérospatial, mécanique ou dans une discipline pertinente.
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français.
- Vous vous intéressez à la thermodynamique, aux principes de performance des turbines à gaz et aux méthodes analytiques.
- Vous avez des connaissances en Python ou dans un autre langage de programmation.
- La connaissance de SQL ou de Snowflake pour les requêtes de bases de données serait un atout.
- Vous êtes de nature curieuse et avez un esprit pragmatique pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et contribuer au développement de solutions techniques innovantes.
- Vous êtes passionné par la technologie des turbines à gaz et souhaitez contribuer à son évolution pour qu'elle reste pertinente dans le cadre de la transition énergétique.
- Une expérience appliquée en performance et exploitabilité des turbines à gaz serait un plus.

Description:
You will be part of the Performance and Analytics department who will conduct analysis and perform investigations on all aspects of gas turbine and plant equipment operating at customer facilities. In this opportunity, you will be able to show creativity and help solve customer operational issues and interface with Engineering, Technical Support and remote Diagnostic Centre streams with the company You will be involved in the highest level of troubleshooting and failure investigation, taking an active role in supporting existing customers as well as proposing solutions to reduce the environmental impact of our products through cycle changes and the use of alternate fuels. To achieve this, you'll work in multidisciplinary teams using commercial and proprietary tools to perform analysis of operational data throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- You will investigate specific customer issues and provide recommendations regarding either issues that have arisen or proactive measures that can be taken to optimize operation of the equipment.
- You will perform analysis of operational data throughout the equipment's lifecycle and provide recommendations to the Project Managers, Product Managers, Operational Support, Technical Support and Remote Diagnostics teams.
- You will develop and implement improvement in tools, methods and processes that provide automated analysis and early indication of changes to equipment performance as well as being able to determine the root cause more accurately.
- You will take part in root cause investigations.
- You will represent the Performance & Analytics skill and make recommendations to Project Managers, Product Managers, Technical Support Service and the Engineering community.
Qualification:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant discipline
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You are interested in thermodynamics, gas turbine performance principles and analytical methods.
- You have some knowledge in Python or other programming language.
- Knowledge of SQL or Snowflake for database queries would be advantageous.
- You have an inquisitive nature and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- You are motivated by contributing to multi-disciplinary teams and the development of innovative engineering solutions
- You have an interest in gas turbine technology and working to develop it to remain a useful technology throughout the energy transition
- Applied gas turbine performance and operability experience is advantageous
