​We are currently in need of a self-starter individual who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and become an integral part of our Manufacturing/Edmonton Warehouse team as our next Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our customers receive goods and services to achieve and maintain clean indoor air.

The day-to-day activities of our Warehouse Associate include:

  • Shipping and Receiving – Performing various shipping and receiving tasks, while ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately in a timely manner and to the customer satisfaction.
  • Palletizing Manufactured Goods: Retrieve finished goods from manufacturing and organize the product in the most effective manner on pallets according to specifications.
  • Commitment to Safety: You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a hazard free work environment for all team members. This involves participating in the health and safety program, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.
  • Prior forklift experience and certification is considered an asset.

  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 80lbs.
  • Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
  • Communication Skills: We are seeking a candidate with outstanding verbal communication abilities. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively to understand customer needs, and respond effectively with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail Oriented: We are seeking a candidate that has a keen eye for details.
  • Team Oriented: We are seeking a candidate that thrives both working collaboratively as part of a team but executes tasks proficiently while working independently as well.

A successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug, cannabis and alcohol test.
