Who We Are
At Exhale Therapy, we believe that healing happens in relationships - with ourselves, our families, and our communities. As an independently owned counselling clinic, we're proud to offer care that is personal, accessible, and rooted in compassion. Our team includes over 30 diverse and experienced clinicians who bring a wide range of backgrounds, modalities, and perspectives to their work. This diversity allows us to thoughtfully match clients with the right clinician and provide care that truly fits their needs.
We are guided by our core values of inclusivity, accessibility, community, compassion, and integrity. These values shape not only how we support clients but also how we care for one another as a team.
At Exhale Therapy, joining our team means more than taking a job. It means becoming part of a community of mental health professionals who are passionate about meaningful connection, collaboration, and social impact. We believe in showing up for both our clients and clinicians, creating a workplace that feels as supportive as the care we provide every day.
