JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Recreation Manager, this seasonal role supports the delivery of engaging indoor and outdoor guest activities. Responsibilities include setting up, facilitating, and dismantling recreational programs for all age groups. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic resort environment for those passionate in recreation and leisure

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up and take down equipment and materials for recreational programs and events.
  • Facilitate a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for children, families, and adults.
  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service while promoting scheduled activities.
  • Assist with the safe supervision of participants during recreation programs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe recreation area.
  • Support special events and holiday programming as needed.
  • Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for recreation, leisure, and working with people of all ages.
  • Experience working with children or in a guest service role (an asset but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under time pressure while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Physical fitness to perform repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, stairs, etc…
  • Able to work as a team, or independently.
