Job Summary

We are seeking general labourers and site managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of horticulture and landscape maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscaping, gardening, and irrigation systems, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

  • Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for landscaping projects.
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution.
  • Perform general gardening tasks including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Conduct landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and mulching.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
  • Assist in construction projects related to landscaping features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
  • Familiarity with horticulture principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Type: Part-time
