Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling food orders and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food items are presented in an appealing manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
  • Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assemble custom sandwiches
  • Cook and serve juicy patties
  • Make world-famous fries
  • Serve and provide outstanding customer service to guests
  • Keep workstations organized and clean
  • Perfect the store to welcome guests

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
