Data runs slow. Critical decisions wait weeks for clarity that should exist in real-time.If payroll breaks on Tuesday morning, you fix it.If a project monitor fails on Thursday afternoon, you're the one who gets them running.When a PM questions the numbers, you validate them.When executives need Monday decisions, you get the project intelligence ready.This isn't a BA role. This is operational ownership at enterprise scale.THE ROLEYou'll become a seamless extension of Turner's SPO IS team — in their Teams channels, their meetings, their operational reality.Your mission: Leverage Aedo's PIO methodologies (OBIC, BasecampOS, Atlas) across 30+ SPO operations to stabilize Turner's most critical data flows:Payroll OperationsTimekeeping, union/non-union rules, multi-state compliance, regional variationsProject Performance ReportingActual costs, production tracking, executive reporting that connects field activity → financials → leadership decisionsYou're not documenting problems from a distance. You're embedded in Turner's operations — solving them live while projects run.Think: Like an elite operator embedded in the team — you bring specialized capabilities, adapt to their environment, work alongside their people, and own mission-critical outcomes.Turner is sophisticated and operates at massive scale — you're stabilizing and scaling what already exists, not building from zero.This is a 1→10 role. The playbook exists.
