The paid Student Development Program is a highly selective, high potential program for rising post-secondary students. An opportunity focused on helping students gain valuable work experience and insight into the Dairy industry.
Students will directly contribute to Kawartha Dairy's success while receiving an unmatched, behind-the-scenes learning experience. Work within the Marketing & Consumer Care department and gain exposure to the history of Kawartha Dairy and the Dairy industry through challenging, hands-on projects and networking opportunities. In addition, students are given opportunities of mentorship from our Leadership Team Members.

What you Need:
- Be enrolled in (or entering) 3rd-4th year post secondary OR post graduate program
- Historian or archivist students with an interest in food manufacturing may be especially interested in the opportunity
- Legally permitted to work in Canada
- Ability to work primarily at our Minden location, with ability to occasionally be at our Bobcaygeon campus
- Available for start of program May 4, 2026 until end of program August 29, 2026
What You will Do:
- Catalogue artifacts, articles, and historical items using cataloguing software into a collections management database
- Photograph, scan, label and electronically file images of artifacts, articles and historical items in the database
- May assist in supporting proper storage plans and packing artifacts, articles and historical items as needed
