The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Luxury Sales Consultant to join the Carget team. You'll represent our brand by delivering a refined, customer-first experience from first contact to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment and takes pride in building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do


•Deliver a premium, concierge-style experience for every client — from greeting to delivery and beyond.


•Showcase and explain the unique features, performance, and craftsmanship of our luxury lineup.


•Manage and convert digital leads from , AutoTrader, CarGurus, Marketplace, and social channels.


•Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.


•Conduct personalized vehicle presentations and test drives with confidence and enthusiasm.


•Collaborate with management and marketing to execute sales events and dealership promotions.


•Maintain accurate CRM tracking, deal documentation, and showroom presentation standards.

What You Bring:


•2+ years of automotive or luxury retail sales experience (preferred).


•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


•Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


•Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital communication tools.


•Passion for luxury vehicles, performance, and exceptional customer service.


•Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract.
