Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the Menu: Execute all menu items to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation for both our casual fine dining and takeout offerings.
  • Mise en Place: Expertly perform all prep duties, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients. Prepare a wide variety of foods such as vegetables, meats, and sauces.
  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure all dishes are plated according to established specs, maximizing visual appeal, flavor, and freshness while maintaining correct serving temperatures.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Uphold the highest standards of kitchen sanitation, including following proper food handling procedures and maintaining equipment through a regular cleaning schedule.
  • Dietary Awareness: Carefully read and follow tickets for allergy alerts and specific dietary restrictions to ensure guest safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and professionally with all front-of-house staff and kitchen supervisors to ensure smooth service.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Previous experience in a similar cook role is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and knife skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Food Safety Certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
