Critical Trauma Therapy has an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and client-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our clinic located in the St. Catharines General Hospital. The NP will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals diagnosed with: Traumatic Brain Injury, chronic pain, mental health concerns, and/or ADHD.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive collaborative primary care and services working within the full scope of practice as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario

· Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.

· Prepare and submit requisitions for diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, bloodwork) and laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with protocols and timely follow-up on results.

· Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient interactions and care plans are documented.

· Accurately complete auto insurance forms and documentation

· Completion of Disability Tax Credit applications, ODSP applications, where applicable

Qualifications

· Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

· Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care or relevant healthcare setting.

· MVA sector experience is considered a strong asset.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

We are a dynamic, multidisciplinary company providing client-centered services to clients of all ages, who have sustained serious injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident. We also service Veterans Affairs, WSIB, and private pay clients.
