    About the Role – Joni Server
    A
    Server
    coordinates the entire service station and ensures seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. This position reports functionally to the
    Restaurant Manager
    .
    Some of the responsibilities include:**

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide Standards.

  • Inform guests of daily specials and menu changes, answering questions regarding food, beverages, and allergens with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Take food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar via the POS system.
  • Communicate effectively with hosts, table support, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate service flow and maintain timing standards.
  • Present, open, and pour wine and beer tableside, ensuring proper technique and guest engagement.
  • Assist the table support team with clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
  • Support the cash register or counter-service functions as required.
  • Maintain a refined, anticipatory service approach in alignment with Forbes Five-Star Service Standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required by management.

Qualifications

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training.
  • Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity.
  • Current Smart Serve certification.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs
  • Constant walking & standing
  • Frequent lifting, crouching/bending/stooping/kneeling
