The Role
As a QA Automation Engineer at Capco, you'll design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile and API applications for Wealth & Asset Management platforms. You'll work closely with developers, product and business stake stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience with QA Automation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in information technology and software development with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies and QA best practices. Experience with Java Selenium for UI automation. Experience or exposure to Atlassian, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence is desirable. Banking, wealth management, capital markets experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills.Why Join Capco

Pay ranges:
Consultant - $92,000 to $105,000 + bonus + benefits
Senior Consultant - $118,000 to $135,000 + bonus + benefits
Principal Consultant - $153,000 to $175,000 + bonus + benefits
Managing Principal - $191,000 to $231,000 + bonus + benefits
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity
