Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer with designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform focused on workflow automation, integration, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions according to business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

Create and optimize workflows, automating processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across various departments.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems to ensure data consistency and seamless communication between platforms.

Customize and extend ServiceNow modules, forms, and fields to meet specific business needs, ensuring a tailored user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on workflow automation and integration.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web service protocols.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases.

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer are highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure

Keen interest in learning and growing within cloud-native technologies

Collaborative attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Ownership-driven — "see it through" mentality from start to finish.

Education & Certifications Required

Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science.
