We're Hiring: Full-Time Barista & Waiter/Waitress

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and being part of a dynamic, friendly team? We are looking for full-time Baristas and Waiters/Waitresses to join our café and provide a top-notch experience for our guests

Starting Pay: $17/hour

(Salary will be reviewed and updated after a 3-month probation period for successful candidates on a long-term contract)

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and seat guests with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
  • Take accurate orders and coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and barista team.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure every order is correct.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café and dining area at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with lab/café prep and inventory as needed (for Barista role).

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role.
  • Must provide references from previous employment.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability to handle busy periods calmly and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Extra Assets:

  • Coffee preparation or café experience (for Barista).
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
