MUST HAVES:

· Years experience with support and maintenance of large, complex and legacy applications using ASP.Net Core, React, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Azure SQL and MySQL technologies.

· Years experience in migration of legacy applications to Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, API Gateway, JSON, Message bus with Microservices architecture.

·       Knowledge and hands-on experience delivering Public Sector and Health-related IT projects.

·       Strong understanding of Ministry policies, governance structures, and IT project approval processes.

·       Experience producing Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts, including system design documents and technical specifications.

·       Proven ability to adopt and comply with Public Sector Unified I&IT Project Methodology and Gating processes.

·       Experience preparing technical documentation that aligns with industry and government standards.
