Job Description

The candidate will bring in-depth SAP expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex environments with multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate SAP infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards;
  • Oversee SAP sizing, landscape design, installations, and RICEFW delivery;
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, financial, procurement, and operational teams;
  • Establish and maintain project governance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting;
  • Manage project risks, issues, and financial aspects; contribute to business case analysis;
  • Ensure compliance with PMO methodology and documentation standards;
  • Coordinate with internal and external project managers and manage the scope and performance of suppliers;
  • Oversee third-party implementation of SAP security, including segregation of duties (SOD) and risk and compliance management (GRC).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP;
  • At least 2 SAP implementations, including S/4HANA;
  • Experience with SAP RISE or cloud deployment is a significant asset;
  • Knowledge of SAP security is an asset
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in large-scale IT project management ($5 to $10 million+);
  • Experience in complex environments with multiple vendors;
  • Proficiency in Activate methodology;
  • Management of vendor scope of work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage global (on-site and off-site), distributed, and matrix teams;
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. English is required as the position involves communicating with clients outside Quebec.
