We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to grow within BDI, strengthen customer relationships, and play a key role in driving branch success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email to support customer needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations to help close sales opportunities.
  • Process and manage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Source competitive pricing and solutions from suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates to hit branch and company goals.

What You Bring

  • College or University education, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in our industry.
  • Knowledge of Power Transmission and Bearing products
  • Comfortable using SAP and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A genuine ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
