What is the Role?

Sales Representatives are product experts who build relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. This rewarding, fast-paced position offers commission-based pay with strong earning potential for motivated individuals.

Summary of the Position

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers purchasing or leasing a vehicle
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Develop strong brand and product knowledge
  • Professionally and knowledgeably transition customers to the Business Office
  • Answer customer questions throughout the sales process with confidence and accuracy
What Can I Expect?

Sales Representatives joining Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will receive thorough training on all dealership processes and software. You will begin by learning about each department and how they integrate into the sales process.

You will also receive extensive product knowledge training—ongoing throughout your career—from both the OEM brand and Auto Group Coaches. Our teams work together, learn from experienced mentors, and benefit from the expertise of senior team members who continuously share their knowledge.

This position is fast-paced, especially during peak seasons. Sales team members work five shifts per week (Monday to Saturday), with one late shift scheduled weekly.

What Do I Need?
  • High school diploma
  • OMVIC certification (mandatory for all vehicle salespeople in Ontario)
