Overview & Role Objectives
This person shall be reporting to Sr. Director - Sales Operations and will act as a critical business partner to the SVP Sales, with project management and execution of the organization's most important strategic sales initiatives. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this is an Individual Contributor role but ensures that the Sales Leadership team is focused, aligned, and positioned to deliver on both short- and long-term priorities.

They will work closely with executives and senior leaders across the business, providing structure, insight, and leadership to advance enterprise-wide initiatives. This individual must combine strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and exceptional program leadership skills to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.

Key Objectives

  • Enhance executive leadership effectiveness by designing and maintaining the annual Sales Leadership management calendar, orchestrating executive activities, and ensuring leadership time is focused on the most critical priorities.
  • Advance top-priority Sales initiatives as identified by the SVP Sales, leading cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes against enterprise growth objectives.

Accountabilities

  • Orchestrate, lead and drive Sales initiatives, partnering with Strategy, Finance, and other functions to manage complex programs, align stakeholders, and deliver on high-visibility priorities.

  • Examples: develop and refine materials; apply financial and business insights to shape executive-level discussions; ensure meetings drive decisions and accountability.

  • Maximize Sales Leadership team performance by:

  • Owning the Sales Leadership management calendar, aligning milestones, reviews, and planning sessions.

  • Driving preparation for RVP summits and synthesizing performance data into actionable insights.

  • Ensure organizational alignment by supporting enterprise programs and initiatives, enabling engagement, accountability, and execution at scale.

  • Advise and support the SVP Sales by conducting research, providing insights, and developing recommendations on strategic and operational issues.
  • Partner with the EA to the SVP Sales to coordinate and protect executive focus on the highest-value activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive cross-functional experience with proven ability to operate at a senior level.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects, programs or initiatives across teams or organizations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with executives and senior leaders across multiple functions.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect enterprise vision to operational execution and balance long-term objectives with immediate needs.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent leadership priorities and foster alignment at all levels.
  • Highly skilled in program leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Reputation for discretion, integrity, and trusted partnership with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, PBI, SFDC).
