Job Type: Full-time / Commission-Based (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Powersports Sales & Finance Manager who knows how to close deals and work independently. This is a high-commission position with strong earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales process from lead to delivery
  • Handle F&I sales including warranties, protection plans, and financing
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of major powersports brands
  • Work remotely while coordinating with customers and the dealership

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in powersports or automotive sales & F&I
  • Proven closing skills and strong communication
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow
  • Valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn up to 80% commission
  • Work from home
  • Access to two personal assistants to handle paperwork and admin tasks
  • All holidays off
