Role Overview
As a Station Agent Level 3, you play a key role in keeping Air Inuit's operations running smoothly. From assisting passengers and handling cargo to providing counter support, you ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service and safety. You may also travel to other stations to lend support where needed, adapting quickly and working collaboratively to meet operational demands. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in making a difference on the ground.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform all core functions related to passenger and cargo customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide support at the counter and in cargo operations, as assigned, while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure continuity and maintain the quality of operations in the supervisor's absence or when circumstances require.
  • Travel occasionally to other stations to assist with operations and reinforce team capacity.
  • Carry out additional duties as required to support the overall efficiency and success of station operations.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 5 years of aviation industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist passengers and cargo clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Comfortable performing a variety of tasks and adapting to changing operational needs.
  • Works well with others and contributes positively to station and cross-station teamwork.
  • Ensures accuracy in documentation, cargo handling, and customer interactions.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication in at least two of the following languages: Inuktitut, French, English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support other stations as needed.
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems for operational tasks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in at least two of the following: Inuktitut, French, English
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, mainly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Nunavik and Air Inuit's operations a strong asset.
  • Valid Quebec or Canadian driver's licence.

Compensation

  • Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy.
  • Annual northern bonus of $11, 032 (if the position is filled by a local employee).

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Rotational position: 15 days of work followed by 13 days off.
  • If the position is not filled locally:
  • Air transport from Montreal as well as accommodation and meals are covered by the company for each rotation.
  • The employee will be recognized as not having a designated base.
