Role summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager from a DTC background to own the marketing calendar, lead a four-person team, and ensure a consistent flow of on-brand, high-quality content that enables our eCommerce, Retail, and Product teams. - Own the marketing calendar; keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned across channels at all times.
- Co-lead annual marketing budgeting and planning.
- Envision, champion, and project-manage standout campaigns from brief to post-mortem; measure results and recommend keep/kill.
- Partner with the Director of eCommerce on go-to-market plans.
Consumer Insights
- Run lightweight in-person and remote surveys; translate insights into messaging, offers, and creative tests.
Omnichannel Marketing
- Position products for success across DTC and retail.
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales on packaging and collateral.
- Attend key retail trade shows.
Analytics and Reporting
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns and tailor future campaigns accordingly.
Your Skills
- 5–8 years of B2C/DTC marketing experience, including 2+ years leading people.
- Proven ownership of a marketing calendar and content operations at pace.

- Excellent written communication and meticulous proofreading; high bar for brand and design quality.
- Tools: Asana, Google Workspace, GA4/Looker Studio (or equivalent), Shopify; Adobe Creative Suite familiarity.
- Nice to have: Experience partnering closely with paid media teams (Meta/Google) and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).
Attributes
Positive, accountable, calm under pressure; decisive with a bias for action; empowers others and challenges the status quo when needed.
Daily Tasks
- Meet the content needs of the organization.
- Ensure Santevia's marketing calendar is on-track and up-to-date. Communicate marketing objectives often and cross-functionally.
- Work with digital and retail teams to launch successful campaigns, both promotional and non-promotional.
Compensation
- Salary: CAD $85,000–$95,000
- Annual performance bonus: Up to 10% of salary
- Benefits: Extended health benefits; paid time off (2 weeks)
- Schedule: Hybrid; work from home on Thursdays; otherwise on-site in Vancouver, BC
