About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients envision, design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies. You will work across multiple projects and phases of the solution lifecycle, including solution design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and translate those requirements into effective AI solutions. Your expertise will contribute to solving complex business problems through innovative data science techniques, ensuring scalable and efficient machine learning models. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
- Experience in the full machine learning lifecycle – understanding, developing, deploying, and maintaining data science solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Azure Machine Learning and Azure Databricks
- Strong programming skills in Python or PySpark
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and concepts
- Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and data engineering practices
- Experience in the optimization and tuning of machine learning models for large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design AI solutions
- Certifications such as AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate), DP-100 (Azure Data Scientist Associate), or Databricks ML Data Scientist certifications are a plus
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps
- Prior consulting or business development experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from data collection and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and data visualization to derive insights and improve model performance
- Optimize and tune machine learning models to handle large volumes of data efficiently
- Document project workflows, model architectures, and deployment procedures for knowledge sharing and reproducibility
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve solutions
- Support the integration of AI solutions into existing client systems and workflows
