What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Human Resources team. This position is Onsite located in our Toronto office. In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that attract and engage high‑quality, diverse talent. You will own top‑of‑funnel activities including market mapping, talent intelligence, building pipelines, and candidate engagement to deliver qualified, diverse slates that meet aggressive hiring goals. You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborate regularly with the Global Talent Acquisition team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping across multiple channels (LinkedIn, CRM, social media, events).
  • Engaging and nurturing passive and active candidates with personalized outreach, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Leveraging labor market data and competitor insights to adjust sourcing strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in ATS/CRM, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to calibrate candidate profiles, share pipeline health updates, and influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives by participating in career fairs, professional events, and managing social media or community groups.
  • Generating sourcing reports, track key metrics (response rates, time-to-slate, diversity mix), and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or closely related recruiting role (agency or in‑house).
  • Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred 1+ year experience sourcing Sales positions.
  • Proven expertise with advanced Boolean/X‑ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and at least one sourcing/CRM tool (e.g., Dayforce, Greenhouse CRM, Workday, Gem, hireEZ, SeekOut, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑sufficient, able to prioritize multiple reqs and stakeholders.
  • Proficient with PC applications and reporting (Excel/Sheets, dashboarding in ATS/CRM).
  • Ability to pull and interpret sourcing and ATS/CRM reports (funnel, time‑to‑slate, source analytics).

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is
CAD
$60K to $70K.
