Project Manager

Position Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives align with business goals.

Location: Within GTA, Canada

Status: Full-Time OR Contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques; report on milestones and deliverables.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using standard change management processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management on performance, lessons learned, and process improvements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum [3–5 ] years of project management experience, preferably in [industry or domain].

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet).

Nice to Have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
• Master's degree preferred
