Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates are the welcoming faces that greet customers and provide them with a memorable buying experience. Sales Associates must provide the excellent customer service and support we're known for. They are excellent communicators who have a knack for building relationships. With a keen eye on customer satisfaction, the Sales Associate answers questions, handles complaints ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor. They are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting The Quark Group's growth and success. Ultimately the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
