Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Equity only - Until Funded). The developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, with responsibilities spanning both back-end and front-end development. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, optimizing, and implementing features, while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions to maximize user benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side technologies and databases
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development and Full-Stack Development practices
  • Ability to implement and manage Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive and visually engaging designs
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for debugging and optimizing applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Passion for innovation and delivering user-focused solutions
  • Familiarity with start-up environments and willingness to work in an equity-only position until funding is secured

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-heavy JavaScript development
  • Strong hands-on experience with the
    MERN stack
  • Solid understanding of API design, database modeling, and application security
  • Experience building and maintaining production systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Able to take ownership and work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and a practical problem-solving mindset
