Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multi-disciplinary wellness clinic in Kitsilano. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services, contribute to personalized care plans, and support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team to provide best care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions based on client assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with other health professionals in the clinic
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming clinic environment
  • Develop personalized care plans and collaborate with colleagues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with professional standards.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development related to personal training, behavioral health, and holistic therapies.

Skills

  • Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and motivate clients effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness team.
  • Passion for promoting holistic health approaches and improving client outcomes through personalized care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
