Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent required. Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA). Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of full-time equivalent acute medicine experience within the past two years or a completed final preceptorship on a Medicine unit within the last year.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent assessment and organizational skills.
