WE'RE HIRING – TRACTOR SNOWPLOW OPERATORS (GTA AREA)

We are looking for 10 experienced Tractor Snowplow Operators to join our winter operations team for the 2025–2026 snow season

Job Responsibilities:

  • Snow removal for plaza areas, warehouse parking lots, and sidewalks using tractors
  • Ensure timely and safe snow clearing during snow events across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid G Driver's License
  • Must have your own car for commuting to job sites
  • Prior experience operating a tractor for snow removal is required
  • Must be reliable and available during snow events (no fixed schedule – work depends on snowfall)

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed weekly pay: $350, whether it snows or not
  • Hourly rate: $30/hour during active snow events
  • Biweekly payments

Type: Permanent, Seasonal (Winter)

Location: Greater Toronto Area
