What You'll Be Contributing: 

• Schedule Development: Develop baseline schedules, incorporate tasks, milestones, and dependencies with input from project managers and engineers;
• Monitoring & Updates: Continuously track actual progress against the plan, identifying deviations and potential impacts;
• Communication: Inform stakeholders, team members, and clients about schedule status, updates, and potential delays;
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential scheduling risks and facilitate solutions or remedial actions;
• Coordination: Align activities across different departments and trades, ensuring resource availability;
• Reporting: Provide progress reports and forecasts to management.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project scheduler or as a project manager with demonstrated scheduling experience and demonstrated project leadership;
• Detailed oriented with the ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Bilingual French and English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling software (ex P6);
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills;
• An ability to track and organize information data and communications efficiently to ensure project issues are dealt with promptly and properly;
• Ability to travel to customer's job sites within Canada and the U.S;
• PMP certification – an asset;
