As a Quality Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products and services delivered to our customers. You will be responsible for implementing error-prevention strategies, driving continuous process improvement, and representing the voice of the customer within the organization. Your leadership will help establish a culture of quality and operational excellence at all levels of the company.

Supported by a team of specialists and technicians, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying the quality strategy in alignment with the quality management system, quality policy, and local strategy.

  • Strengthening management's commitment to the quality system and ensuring effective internal/external communication on this topic.

  • Collaborating with local leadership to improve organizational performance through innovation in process design and development.

  • Developing and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term quality plans based on identified risks and opportunities.

  • Overseeing the entire quality cycle, from product design to customer feedback, to ensure requirements are met.

  • Leading quality audits and using analytical data to identify risks, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.

  • Promoting a zero-defect culture, focusing on prevention rather than control.

  • Participating in customer case resolution by conducting rigorous root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Profile:

  • 10 years of experience in quality management, ideally in a high-tech environment.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

  • Mastery of best practices in quality management (audits, certifications, continuous improvement).

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (asset).

  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. French is required. English is also required for regular communication with customers outside Quebec.
