This Position reports to:
Directrice de siteAs a Quality Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products and services delivered to our customers. You will be responsible for implementing error-prevention strategies, driving continuous process improvement, and representing the voice of the customer within the organization. Your leadership will help establish a culture of quality and operational excellence at all levels of the company.
Supported by a team of specialists and technicians, your main responsibilities will include:
Deploying the quality strategy in alignment with the quality management system, quality policy, and local strategy.
Strengthening management's commitment to the quality system and ensuring effective internal/external communication on this topic.
Collaborating with local leadership to improve organizational performance through innovation in process design and development.
Developing and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term quality plans based on identified risks and opportunities.
Overseeing the entire quality cycle, from product design to customer feedback, to ensure requirements are met.
Leading quality audits and using analytical data to identify risks, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
Promoting a zero-defect culture, focusing on prevention rather than control.
Participating in customer case resolution by conducting rigorous root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Desired Profile:
10 years of experience in quality management, ideally in a high-tech environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.
University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Mastery of best practices in quality management (audits, certifications, continuous improvement).
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (asset).
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. French is required. English is also required for regular communication with customers outside Quebec.
