What you'll do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by offering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance in both the Meat and Produce departments
  • Wrap, label, price, and package fresh meats for display and sale
  • Stock, rotate, and maintain produce to ensure freshness, quality, and proper presentation
  • Build and maintain attractive, organized displays in both departments
  • Ensure all products are accurately priced, properly labeled, and meet food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and selection
  • Support merchandising initiatives, special sales, and seasonal promotions
  • Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness while ensuring all Food Safety guidelines, procedures and requirements are always adhered to
  • Perform additional duties as required

Who you are:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic approach to work
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Availability to work on a very flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
