Store Supervisor

Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments
  • Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75-$21.50 per hour
