We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests enjoy clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations, leaving with lasting positive impressions.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead, oversee, and inspire the housekeeping team. This role demands a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for setting the standard of housekeeping excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to elevate guest satisfaction, handling special requests, and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance skills and service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Regularly review cleanliness standards, implementing changes where necessary to ensure top-notch guest experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory for housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, especially regarding cleanliness and safety.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to guest service.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in housekeeping management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and as needed.
