Safety And Compliance
- Actively encourage the sharing of SafeStart stories by team members.
- Actively participate and co-lead the maintenance department safety meetings
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the maintenance department.
- Evolve and mature the safety culture by actively participating in the safety conversation process
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.
Preventive Maintenance
- Implement a robust preventive maintenance schedule based on equipment criticality and manufacturer recommendations.
- Monitor adherence to scheduled maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify potential equipment failures and proactively address them.
Corrective Maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, diagnose issues, and assign repairs to technicians.
- Oversee the quality of repairs and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Performance Monitoring And Improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OEE and maintenance costs in support of the Atlantic Packaging Liner Mill Business Plan.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
- Conduct regular equipment audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks based on skills and workload.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
