We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead and inspire our team of Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can drive team performance while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Lead and mentor staff, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and an inclusive team culture.
  • Plan and implement office and registration systems to ensure operational efficiency, accurate records management, and financial accountability.
  • Oversee registration, customer service, invoicing, and fee subsidy processes, ensuring accessibility and equitable service.
  • Monitor customer service quality, document incidents, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain safe, supervised, and hazard-free environments; ensure facilities, equipment, and locked files are appropriately managed.
  • Oversee cash handling and deposits.
  • Hire, orient, supervise, and evaluate staff, completing performance appraisals collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) required; College Diploma in Office Administration preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Current Standard First Aid – Level C, Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (willingness to obtain F-Class license if required).
  • Must be computer literate with a willingness and aptitude to learn new software and systems as needed.
