The Inside Sales role is responsible for working directly with the sales team and our customers to

provide bids, equipment designs, and project management to ensure all interactions with Midwest are

positive and productive. Providing industry-leading technical guidance, and exceptional project

execution, are two of Midwest's core values.

Key Responsibilities


• Work with the sales team to coordinate and organize project bids.


• Review specifications and construction drawings to select and price equipment.


• Develop and maintain relationships with our partners.


• Provide technical support to consulting engineers, building operators, and mechanical contractors.


• Prepare submittal packages and as-built documents.


• Manage ordering, delivery, and start-up of equipment.


• Develop and maintain technical knowledge by attending routine factory workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical diploma in Engineering


• Outstanding organization and time management skills


• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• High level of commitment to customer service


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment


• Strong computer skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office products, PDF editors, Bluebeam, and ability to learn and understand new software
