We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with expertise in Web Design and Graphics to support our art-related online platforms and social media presence.

You will design, produce, and upload visual materials that enhance the aesthetic and user experience across our websites, newsletters, and online exhibitions.

Job Type: Part-time, Fixed-term contract

Contract Length: 4 months probationary, One-Year Extendable Contract

Expected Hours: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote - Available to work during core overlap with Pacific Time (if needed)

Language: English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Web Design and Graphics

Work Experience: 1 year or more

Key Responsibilities

Design and upload visual content (logos, banners, badges, thumbnails, posters, certificates, and UI visuals)

  • Manage and update website visuals through content management systems

  • Create promotional and marketing materials for social media and web use

  • Follow brand style guidelines while contributing fresh, modern ideas

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency

Skills & Qualifications

1.     Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Web Design and Graphics.

2.     Strong experience with Canva and at least one of the following:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar web design tools

3.     Ability to optimize images for web and social media platforms

4.     Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Canva Video, CapCut, Premiere Rush)

5.     Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and online design trends

6.     Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Blogger, Zoho, Wix, Squarespace)

7.     Experience designing for online platforms (Instagram, Facebook, web banners, email graphics, etc.)

8.     Excellent attention to detail and time management

9.     Strong understanding of web and software systems (no coding required)

10.  Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or higher).

11.  Minimum 1 year of experience in Web Design and Graphics

12.  Proven reliability and professionalism in remote work environments.

13.  Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and commitment.

  1. Experience in the art industry, media, publishing, or creative business is a plus.
