Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing environment. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and safely. The

Responsibilities

  • Teaching, training, employees
  • Ensure that quality linen are being processed
  • Monitor POH and achieve goals set forth by management
  • Assist Operations Manager in daily staffing
  • Disciplinary actions and or terminating employees
  • Follow Employee hand book policies and enforce them
  • Recommend changes to improve quality and increase throughput
  • Performs other duties as may be required by management.
  • Basic English required and Bilingual is a plus.
  • Basic mathematical skills needed.
  • Exercises sound judgment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to help others accomplish their objectives.
  • Willingness to work in a hot, humid noisy environment.
  • Willingness to work around and handle dirty linen.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse and Manufacturing companies.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computerized inventory management systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
  • Data analysis skills to interpret operational metrics and drive improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
