Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Belleville, ON. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise and motivate the team, manage inventory, and ensure the store's overall success. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer satisfaction, driving sales, optimizing store performance, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven experience in Store Management with a strong understanding of team leadership and operational excellence
  • Effective Communication skills for team collaboration, training, and providing clear direction
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard company assets
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset
