About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at the Moonlight Sonata Presentation Centre.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine passion for real estate and design, and thrives in a boutique, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through our presentation centre, following up with leads, and supporting our overall sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments
  • Present floorplans, features, pricing, and community highlights in a professional, engaging manner
  • Maintain an organized visitor log and follow up with potential buyers
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Support sales and marketing activities such as open houses, realtor events, and buyer visits
  • Assist with administrative tasks, contract preparation, and coordination as required

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience required (real estate, retail, or hospitality experience an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional, positive, and reliable demeanor
  • Proficient with email, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Licensed Realtor (BC) preferred but not required — training will be provided
  • Must be available to work at least three (3) days per week, including weekends
