About Us

Signature Motors is a growing automotive group in Winnipeg, operating multiple divisions on one property—including a Collision Center, Service Shop, Dealership, Rental Company, and RV Sales. Our team is committed to providing quality workmanship, efficient service, and a professional, customer-focused environment.

We are currently looking for an l Lot Attendant to support operations across all departments.

Position Overview

As a Lot Attendant at Signature Motors, you will help keep our multi-division property organized, clean, and efficient. You'll support the collision center, service shop, rental department, dealership, and RV division by moving vehicles, staging inventory, and maintaining a safe and tidy lot.

This position requires extensive outdoor work, including working in winter conditions, performing regular snow and ice removal, and helping maintain safe walking and driving areas during harsh weather.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the entire lot
  • Pick up and drive customers as required
  • Move vehicles to different locations across Winnipeg
  • Move vehicles safely between departments (collision, service, sales, rental, RV)
  • Assist with customer vehicle check-ins and check-outs, including visual condition checks
  • Support rental fleet and dealership vehicle staging
  • Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, battery condition)
  • Perform regular snow removal, ice clearing, salting, and general winter lot maintenance
  • Keep parking, drive lanes, and customer areas accessible and well-organized
  • Assist with sweeping, garbage removal, and general property upkeep
  • Install or update tags, labels, hang tags, and vehicle paperwork
  • Follow all safety procedures and operate vehicles responsibly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working outdoors all day in year-round Winnipeg weather
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and task completion

Work Environment

  • Exposure to snow, ice, cold temperatures, and slippery conditions
