Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Mortgage Associate. The Mortgage Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, analyzing financial documents, providing mortgage advice, marketing mortgage products, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role includes following up with clients, coordinating with lending partners, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, Mortgages, and Mortgage Lending
- Experience in Mortgage Marketing and promoting mortgage products
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial analysis and documentation review is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
