Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Water Well Driller's Helper to join our team. This entry-level position involves assisting experienced drillers in the installation and maintenance of water wells. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation of drilling rigs and related equipment.
  • Help with site preparation and cleanup.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Provide support to the drilling team as needed.
  • Complete daily logs and reports of work performed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning about drilling operations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
